Joined the forum just to say thanks A LOT for this suggestion, as my breast center didn't mention what to wear after and I would not have thought of this. I spent a lot of time pre-biopsy bra shopping, and I'm glad I took a chance on this one. Just wanted to share with you lovely Ladies. I'll wear it when I get my lumpectomy, too. I wore it to my biopsy appointment, and I'm still wearing it. I have worn it everyday since the core biopsy, and also slept in it 2 days, and it is still a great fit! Well, this doesn't really do that! It comes up just a bit higher, but not so high it bothers armpits - that would have been a deal breaker for me. I'm not a petite and tiny thing, and I have that lovely flab that hangs out over a typical sports bra. The zipper looked a little cheap when it was hanging on the rack, but after numerous zips I give it a gold star! Kind of a racer-back -type thing going on in the back, but even those straps are great and lay down well.:) They have it in black, but those didn't fit in the back as well.
I got a 2XL and a XL, and both are great. It fits great, zips well and stays zipped, even with my D cup size. It is from Playtex, and it is called Zipster. They continue to tinker and experiment with how their underwear fits and are always making it better, but they like to put a little more time than is usual into the style side of the range today than many of their competitors.I found a great bra to wear after your biopsy or procedure, and it came from.Walmart!!! I know, Walmart! They have been for a long time the best underwear around for comfort and because that reputation is so secure, they are able to put a lot of their newer efforts into appearances, style and fashion collections.
